- Interactive tracking maps for each hurricane.
- NOAA forecast map & storm satellite imagery where available!
- Historic search of previous storms from 1851 (or 1949 for Pacific).
- Receive weather warnings from the National Weather Service.
- Push notifications for weather warnings or when new storm formations are detected!
- Radar, satellite and sea temperature images automatically updated in the app!
- See an outlook for the next 7 days from the National Hurricane Center (NHC).
- Track specific hurricanes and receive notifications every time they are updated just by pressing the notify button!

It is similar to apps such as Hurricane Tracker, Hurricane Pro and Storm by Weather Underground. This version is ad-supported.

I like how I can see the track clearer then other apps that use wide shadows that cover the whole state. But the map on this app takes forever to load and respond to what you want it to do (zoom in/out, move up/down/left/right). It appears to be pretty basic compared to functionality of other apps, so why the load lag? Turned off notifications after it passed my area. I'm still getting push notifications. Why?!?

Sorry to hear this. Can you open the app, go to Settings and then tap the "Contact support" button? I would like to look into this.

App has good features which I will continue to test. One onservation: The map view displays the listed storm in such a close up view that I don't recognize where it is truly located unless I zoom out first. It might be better to see the "birds eye" view of the storm then zoom in. Overall this is a good app which I hope will catch on with others. Good work so far!

I shouldn't be getting alerts for other STATES ...im in Texas and getting alerts for Louisiana and Mississippi(100s of miles away). Since I can't control this, or turn off the alerts. I'm going to have to uninstall. In an active hurricane, these can come at all hours.......i loved being able to see all the spaghetti models and the cones.....but the alerts are ridiculous and a deal breaker.
